Typical of the functions we perform as your project manager are:
- Guide and direct project personnel in daily duties on a project
- Authorize control system changes that are within the project budget and prepare appropriate change order requests
- Arrange and direct meetings required for managing the control system development, testing, installation, and start-up
- Produce periodic status reviews and reports for management
- Coordinate training for control system operation and maintenance
